Objective of the Position:The SAP Centre of Excellence Practice Leader will drive the execution of strategies and day to day activities to transform the SAP Practice.
Engagement Deliverables and Responsibilities:
The SAP Practice Leader will have direct responsibility for managing the goals and activities of the SAP COE.
Scope of Work:
There are 4 focus areas for the SAP Practice Leader:
1. Program Management – managing at a high-level the various project teams doing SAP development and support across the different agencies
2. People/Practice-Building – responsible for people management, resource management, assessing training needs, practice-building activities
3. Account Management/Commercial Management – client stakeholder management, negotiating contracts, ensuring relationships with client agencies are going well
4. Strategy Planning and Execution – Owning the strategy from a SAP Practice point of view as defined by the client, working with the client's strategy groups and localizing these to the SAP Practice environment.
The Practice Manager will own its implementation on behalf of senior management.
The SAP Practice Leader will report to, and take direction from, the client's Manager, Application Services.
